Problem Statement:
When attempting to create new employee, the following error occurs.
FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
Package status for HR_DFLEX_UTILITY is INVALID with the following error.
ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open People form with any HR responsibility.
(N) People > Enter and Maintain - Enter mandatory information to create a new employee and save.
- Error occurs.
