ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running Recalculate Shipment Cost action on a shipment that contains order releases with loading split defined, ship units being split while planning, OTM reverts the Is_split flag from Yes to No.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected when running Recalculate Shipment Cost to have the Is_Split value kept to Y as previously set.
