On : 12.1.8 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA
When attempting to approve termination of assignment in SSHR application, the following error occurs.
The mandatory argument object_version_number value cannot be null
Cause: The mandatory argument object_version_number has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API per_asg_shd.lck .
Action: Either specify a value for the object_version_number argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in SSHR application
2. Manager Self-Service
3. Terminate
