Segment Values And Hierarchies - Last Update Dates Updated Incorrectly From DRM For ALL Records, Whether Really Changed or Not (Doc ID 2254832.1)

Symptoms

The segment values and hierarchies are maintained in DRM and is interfaced to Oracle GL.
When running the 'Load Segment Values and Hierarchies' program in GL to upload these segment values and hierarchies it can be observed that for segment values and hierarchies the last_updated_date is updated with the run date of the program respectively for all records, irrespective of whether a change has occurred since the last integration run from DRM.
In other words, information is getting updated even for the existing segment values and hierarchies which is not updated by the DRM integration.
