Advanced Collections Header Shows No List of Values for Currency (Doc ID 2255816.1)

After applying patches to obtain the enhancement for multi-currency display in Advanced Collections, the Currency field doesn't display a List of Values (LOV) for currency in the Collections header.  It only shows the functional currency.  When invoices exist in a non-functional currency, the LOV should show the functional currency and the entered currency as options (only if all entered transactions are in a non-functional currency).

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collection

1. Query a customer with all invoices in a non-functional currency.
2. Verify if the Currency field in the header region, has both the entered and functional currencies in the LOV.
