Symptoms

When attempting to find discrete jobs, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-00944: Program error: Please inform your support representative that:
FLEXFIELD SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package reports error:

SSV.validation_engine() exception: ORA-29282: invalid file ID
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 77
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 690
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_FLEX_SERVER1", line 4865
ORA-29285: file write error


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Navigation: Discrete -> Discrete Job.
3. Select job via Find Discrete Jobs form.
4. The aforementioned error occurs.
