Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When trying to run the concurrent programs "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation" for one specific employee, there is no parameter "assignment set".

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation"("Japan, Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Archive" as well)

  2.  Can see that there is no parameter "assignment set".
