Goal
You have a Program with linked projects. You have rolled-up workplan information and actual costs from the linked projects to the program.
You can view planned and actual costs in the Workplan of the program.
However, you cannot view any information in the Financial tab, neither in the Budgets and Forecasts nor in the Costing and Billing tab.
