Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Following error occurs when opening Self-Service Statement of Earnings(SOE) page.

1. Personalization is currently disabled. Your application might not work as expected.
2. There is no Global Parameters method defined or the method defined is invalid.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Set the system profile "Disable Self-Service Personal" to "Yes".
  2.  Open the Self-Service Statement of Earnings.
  3.  Error occurs.
