ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Two Supplier Schedule Headers generated for one Supplier/Supplier Site

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only one schedule header should be generated for the combination of Supplier/Site/Org

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Supplier Scheduling Responsibility
2. Reports > Run
3. Planning AutoSchedule > Enter details like Organization, Supplier etc > Submit
Created 2 schedule headers
