AR_S_00013 Credit Memo Application with EVENT_ID Does Not Exist in the XLA_EVENTS Table (Doc ID 2258366.1)

Symptoms

 

 

There are Credit Memo (CM) Applications showing with EVENT_ID in AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS_ALL table, but the event is not in the XLA_EVENTS table. 

This will cause the CM application to not to be processed for accounting and will remain as an unposted item in AR.
