Order Release Refine Search by Date Range is Returning Incorrect Results (Doc ID 2258547.1)

Symptoms

When searching for a date range, for example early pickup date 'between' or 'same as' other date selections outside of this range are being returned.  

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Order Management > Order Release > Order Release search page.
2. In the search field for Early Pickup Date selected 'BETWEEN' and entered two dates.
3. Click search, the Results Screen is displayed.
4. Order Releases outside this date range are returned.
