12.2.6 Reset Password Options: Generate Automatically and Enter Manually Options Are Missing In User Management > Users Page (Doc ID 2260179.1)

Symptoms

Using the Oracle Applications Release 12.2.6

User Management > Users no longer have the ability to do the "Reset Password" with the options of:

1) Generate Automatically
2) Enter Manually


Although the "Reset Password" Function is there, pressing the Option only shows

User Details
 - User Name
 - Email Address

The Reset Password Options are Missing

To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Go To User Management
2. Users
3. Hit the Reset Password link to reset password for a user

The Reset Password Options are Missing.

Upgraded from 12.2.5 to 12.2.6
