Unable to Activate Lease Contracts with Usage Lines

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Lease Authoring
When attempting to activate a Lease Contract with a Usage line,
the following errors occur:
ERROR
-----------------------
1. Invalid value for the column INV_ORGANIZATIO1N_ID.
2. You must enter a value for column DNZ_CHR_ID.
3. You must enter a value for column DNZ_CHR_ID.
4. Unexcepted Database Error occurred. Error Code: 1 Error Message: User-Defined Exception: OKL_UBB_INTEGRATION_PVT.create_oks_party_roles.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Lease Contract with a Usage Line.
2. Attempt to activate the contract.
