Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Pick Release Process

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Pick Release is intermittently allowing decimal quantity release of items

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that there would be no decimal dust in Material Transactions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Item Attribute = OE Indivisible
2. Create a Sales Order
3. Run Pick Release -- the system is splitting the line causing decimal quantities
