Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, E-Business Suite Specific, XML publisher
PDF output generated using RTF template Shows Cyrillic Character Incorrectly in BIP desktop tool and also in EBS BI Publisher.
Character that is causing the problem is ѝ.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an RTF template with special character in Latin and cyrillic say ѝ.
2. It is displayed as box in pdf output.
Due to this issue, users cannot display character ѝ correctly in PDF output.
