Symptoms

When submitting the Launch Pick Release process from the Actions drop down list within the Shipping Transactions form, the delivery detail line remains at a status of "Ready to Release".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is for the Launch Pick Release process to successfully pick release the order line.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping-> Transactions.
3. Query the sales order and then select Action of "Launch Pick Release" and click on Go button.
