E-Business Suite 12.2 User Management, Documentation and Help issues

 

 

After a 12.2 migration when a user selects the 'Switch User button', the following error is received when returning to the original session:

'Your log on session has become invalid.  Exiting Application.'

The error occurs after switching the user in the current session, and allowing an approval on behalf of another user.

It results in the first session becoming invalid, and the user needs to login again each time they need to approve something for another user.
