Symptoms
When setting up Rates using Rate Maintenance Tool. On Performing following step, makes all the Rate Offerings and previously approved Rate Records associated with the Rate Load Definition unusable.
1. Select the rate load group.
2. Click "Actions --> Reject All"."
3. Click "Actions --> Finalize All"
