Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, SUPPORT
Self-service Framework pages fail with below error after been idle for more than 30 min. even though ICX Session time out is set to 240.
Error: Cannot Display Page
Also, the Transaction context is lost.
Possible Causes:
1. You have left your login session idle past the timeout period.
2. A system failure has occurred.
3. The application server is incorrectly configured and did not send a session cookie to the client browser.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any Framework page and leave it idle for 30 min and access.
