Symptoms
In 12.2.5, free text field; default size defined in OAF page of Service Desk are too small for ergonomic free text entry. Text area field for CIC attributes needs to be enlarged
Steps To Reproduce

navigation path: Use responsibility ‘Customer Support Specialist’
navigate to the dashboard and create a ticket, choose a ticket type for which you have defined extended attributes (one attribute must be a freetext field) and create a ticket.
Check the size of the extended attribute freetext value field.
Check the size of the notes entry field in the notes region.
Enter all the relevant Service Request data, and save.
This leads you from the SRCreationPG to the UpdateSRPG.
Check the size of the extended attribute freetext value field.
Check the size of the notes entry field in the notes region.
Create in the Service Request a task and go into the task with update mode.
This leads you from the to the UpdateSRPG to the CsfTaskPG
Check the size of the notes entry field in the notes region.
