Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On farxblb.pls version 120.23.12010000.34 find when running the RX-only: Accumulate Depreciation Balance Report ran for Tax Book not all asset are returned to the fa_balances_rep_itf table.
Corporate Books are fine.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all assets to be returned
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run RX-only: Accum Deprn Balance Report ran for Tax Book
2. Use request id to pull back results:
Note: FA_BALANCES_REP_ITF is an interface table tracking balances for RX reports, thus issue could affect other RXi Reports
