On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Freight cost applied at ship confirm are not getting applied on Order lines .
Freight cost to charge conversion not happening even though Calculate price flag is set to calculate price .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that charge to be applied on order lines after ship confirm
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Enter sales order ,progress through ship confirm
3. Enter freight cost on delivery and ship confirm
4.Run ITS
Note: Freight cost-to-charge modifier is setup with qualifiers. If those qualifiers are removed, all works fine.
Changes
For a customer on R12.1.3, just applied <patch 22644544> RPC5 patch
