R12 PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events Gives "Original transaction is not accounted in final mode" when PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL.SYSTEM_REFERENCE5 is NULL. (Doc ID 2265017.1)

Symptoms

When running PAGCAE module: PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events, the following rejection is encountered:

Rejection Reason : Original transaction is not accounted in final mode

The PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events process is failing on these transactions as the system_reference5 column of the pa_cost_distribution_lines table is not getting populated (i.e. is NULL) during the "PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments" process.

This column value (cdl.system_reference5) is used to derive the cr ccid for line # 2 in the package PA_XLA_INTERFACE_PKG (procedure POPULATE_ACCT_SOURCE) during the "PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events" process.
