How to Move AME Profiles from Site to Responsibility/User (Doc ID 2265307.1)

Goal

Question1: We are using AME for our journal approval process but not for all ledgers. The AME profile GL: Use Approval Management (AME) for journal Approval is at site level. But can we move this at responsibility/user level, so that we can apply AME only for ledger/Balancing Segment Value for which we want journal approval?
 
Question2: Do we have any option in AME where we can provide action as Auto-approve based on certain conditions?  For example, for a single user with single responsibility, he should be able to auto approve journals below certain amount and above that amount should go to his/her manager.
