PA: EXC Transaction Exception Details Report Is Showing Duplicate Records (Doc ID 2266129.1)

Symptoms

EXC: Transaction Exception Details report shows duplicate exceptions.

The issue occurs for timecards only.

It appears to be related to specific employees.

Example Employee has multiple records in per_all_people_f and per_assignments_f tables.

Multiple assignment ids

For the employees that are duplicated, the report shows them under different names.
