ORA-00904: "MASTER_QUOTE_YN" Invalid identifier error when opening the Service Contract (Doc ID 2266962.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 23713847:R12.OKS.B (Oracle Service Contracts Recommended Patch Collection (June. 2016)), when attempting to open a contract the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00904: "MASTER_QUOTE_YN" Invalid identifier


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contracts Manager
2. (N) Contracts Administration-->Launch Contracts
3. Select Contract and click on Open below error thrown
4. Contact details screen is empty.
