Unable to open concurrent request out or log files after adding a node to E-Business Suite R12.2.4. The following error occurs after running FS Diagnostic Test Program (FNDFSTST) to diagnose the issue.

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option CONC_REQUEST_STAT in routine &ROUTINE.
