The Save Button Becomes Inactive on 'Simple Ready To Ship' Screen After Any validation Message

Symptoms
The save button becomes inactive on 'Simple Ready To Ship' screen after any validation message.
After you enter the data and if the data fails validation, a popup comes with message. After you click OK button in popup, save button is changed to saving and is disabled.
EXAMPLE
-----------
Order Base Line XXX > Actions > Simple Ready To Ship > Enter the followings
Ready To Ship Early Date = anything in the past (for example to make the screen validation fails)
Ship Quantity = 1
Save
You will get this validation message (Ready To Ship Early Date' can not occur in the past)
Click OK
Note the "Save" button is now "Saving..."
The issue is: You cannot click save now as the button is inactive. You have to close the window and rerun the action.
