Changing Descriptive FlexField (DFF) on Contract Purchase Order or Agreement triggers PO Approval .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility -> Open Purchase Order Form -> Query BPA #
2. Try to change Descriptive FlexField (DFF) at header Level and save
3. Revision is Incremented and the PO is in requires reapproval Status
BPA is expired and when we approve it we get the error ->“Error – Effective To date for the document cannot be a past date”:
And we do not expect PO to be re-submitted for approval when we change DFF at the header Level
