GLDRMLDR: Load Segment Values and Hierarchies Erroring with ORA-01422 Error (Doc ID 2270609.1)

Symptoms

Running the GLDRMLDR: Load Segment Values and Hierarchies program and the following error is being seen in the log file:

 Validating segment values and hierarchies...
 Fetching value_set properties...
 Validating segment values exported from DRM...
 Number of segment values : XXXX
 Number of segment values in error : 0
 Validating exported hierarchy relationships...
 Number of hierarchy relationships : XXXX
 Number of relationships in error : 0
 Segment values are all valid.
 Hierarchy relationships are all valid
 Calling GL_COA_SEGMENT_VAL_PVT.COA_SEGMENT_VAL_IMP...
 >>GL_DRM_INTEGRATION_PKG.gl_translate_segvalues
 Translating for installed language: ESA
 GL_DRM_INTEGRATION_PKG.gl_translate_segvalues >> Unexpected EXCEPTION
 Handling exception in GL_DRM_INTEGRATION_PKG.
 ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Due to this error, the program fails and the loading does not complete.
