Symptoms

Project Manager Reporting Pack request finishes in error:

ERROR

ORA-01427: single-row sub-query returns more than one row

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will by following the next steps:

1. Login into responsibility: Project Super User
2. Navigate to: Project Manager Reporting Pack -> Reporting Pack List -> Submit Request
3. Submit ‘R1’ Reporting Pack which runs the template ‘Project_Committed_Cost_Report’
