oracle.apps.bne.exceptoin.BneFatalException in Enter Flexfield After Re-login (Doc ID 2271877.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select a value in Enter Flexfield window using GL Journal WebADI spreadsheet, the following error occurs. The issue occurs after re-login to EBS due to session timeout.

Error

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exceptoin.BneFatalException - A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file.

The folloiwng message appears in bne log.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open WebADI spreadsheet.

2. Login to EBS in spreadsheet and select responsibility.

3. Display Enter Flexfield window.

4. After session timeout happens, find value in Flexfield window.

5. Re-login to EBS and select responsibility.

6. Above error occurs.
