R12: Do we Support pa_budget_versions.budget_version_id out of Sequence? (Doc ID 2272710.1)

Goal

After baseline the Approved financial plan at database level Budget_version_id sequence is incorrect in pa_budget_versions table.

When We baseline financial plan for 1st time budget_version_id sequence is generated in table. But when we again baseline plan , the budget_version_id sequence generated in table is lower than the earlier baseline version.

This is resulting in inconsistency of data at the table level as the version number is higher with latest baselined version but version_id is lower than the prior baselined .
