Unable to Assign Distinct Value for Profile POR : Amount Based and Services Line Types in iProcurement (Doc ID 227429.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to assign distinct values to iProcurement profile options. There are not enough distinct values available in the list of values.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to System Administrator
2. Query for line type profiles like POR%Line Type
3. See the iProcurement line type profile options and values

POR: Amount Based Services Line Type = Services
POR: Goods Line Type = Goods
POR: Rate Based Services Line Type = Goods

Observe that the goods line type and rate based services line type are set to the same value, which is not acceptable.

4. Try to set the line types to distinct values, but there are not 3 distinct values available
