Goal

How to complete the self service leave transactions that has errored out due to the employee now is an Ex-Employee?
 

NOTE: To prevent this issue going forward, steps should be taken to ensure that when HR Personnel Terminate an employee, they first check that the employee doesn't have pending transactions awaiting their approval.
If the employee is part of the approval list for a pending notification, please make sure to complete the transaction by either approving or rejecting the notification.

Also prior to terminating employees, be sure you've also removed them from any AME Approval Setup and also removed them from any active employee assignment records where they are listed as a supervisor.
