Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting Uptake for Receivables

Unable to close AR period due to Unposted/Unprocessed Adjustments
Adjustments appear in Unposted Items Report but does not appear in Subledger Period Close Exception Report
Create Accounting is not processing these Events 
All these Adjustments are already approved.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Unposted Items and run create accounting
Accounting is not picking Adjustments
