Symptoms

When submitting below actions

1. Re sequence stops Action

2. Merge shipment Action and Force Merge Scenario

3. split shipment Action with split by ship unit option

4. split shipment Action with split by order release option

5. split shipment Action with split by equipment option

OTM does not change the submit button into "Performing", "Processing", etc, nor displays the clock symbol
