WSHINTERFACES module: Interface Trip Stop - SRS
Symptoms
Running the Interface Trip Stop(ITS) completes successfully, but the delivery is not interfaced to Order Management or Inventory.
The following message is seen in the ITS log file:
The ITS log shows the following:
InterfaceTripStop: No stop is processed because no lines are eligible for interfacing.
errbuf ==> Interface trip stop is completed successfully
InterfaceTripStop: No stop is processed because no lines are eligible for interfacing.
errbuf ==> Interface trip stop is completed successfully
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
- Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces,
- Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
- Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.
- Review the Interface Trip Stop log file and find message: No stop is processed because no lines are eligible for interfacing.
