On : 12.1.3 version, Requisitions
When attempting to cancel the approved requisition,
the following error occurs.

Error Message: FRM-40222: Disabled item 'PO_DOCON_CONTROL.ACTION_DATE' failed validation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing.
2. Navigate to requisition summary form: Query and find the requisition.
3. Select Tools menu: Try to cancel the requisition.
