Why SQL Query is executed for 2 times when clicking "Continue" in Content (step 5 below) and after clicking "Create Document" (step 6 below)?

Create an integrator with Content Type defined as "SQL Query" in Contents.

Reproduce steps:
1.Desktop Integrator --> Create Document
2.Integrator: select the integrator, click Next
3.Viewer : select the Viewer, click Next
4.Content : select the Content click Next
5.Select Content: Select Content Parameters, click Continue
6.Click Create Document
