Problem Statement
When attempting to import requisition with a price of 0 through Requisition Import, the following error occurs.

Error
This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window. Please enter a list price greater than zero (0) in the item master.

Steps to Reproduce

Insert into PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL table for inventory item with UNIT_PRICE 0;
Run the concurrent of Requisition Import;
