QA Check Error : An Error Occurred in the QA Process while Trying to Delete the Contract's Negative Version (Doc ID 2276181.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run QA check, throws following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred in the QA process while trying to delete the contract's negative version. Please contact your support representative.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Navigate to Service Contracts Manager -> Contracts Administrator -> Launch Pad -> Search for the Contract -> Open the Service Contract which is QA_HOLD
Go to  Actions -> Check QA
