QA Check Error: An Error Occurred in the QA Process while Trying to Delete the Contract's Negative Version (Doc ID 2276181.1)

When attempting to run the QA Check on a contract in QA Hold status, the following error is shown:

An error occurred in the QA process while trying to delete the contract's negative version. Please contact your support representative.

1. Using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate: Contracts Administrator > Launch Pad
3. Search a Service Contract which is in QA Hold status.
4. Go to  Actions > Check QA
5. Get the indicated error.
