Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Payment Components
When attempting to make a future dated payment, the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- The payment process failed due to the errors listed below. Please contact your system administrator for further clarification. Apply Date must be greater than or equal to the Transaction Date.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Search for a customer > go to Account Summary 2. Select a transaction and go to Pay 3.Try to make a future dated payment and get the error.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot make future dated payments.
