You Are Not Allowed To Create Order Line because: Order Has Been Closed (Doc ID 2276764.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to add 3 lines to a specific sales order through the Order Import, the following error occurs. The sales order shows as being in Booked status. Other orders are importing successfully.

 You are not allowed to create Order Line because:
  order has been closed

The issue cannot be reproduced at will for all orders. However, in this case, it is with the following steps:
1. Add information to the order interface tables
2. Log in to Order Management responsibility
3. Navigate to Concurrent Processes
4. Select Order Import
5. Enter appropriate parameters
6. Submit
7. Error occurs
