CST_INTERORG_TRANSFER Periodic Absorption Cost Processor

Symptoms
On Periodic Costing > PAC > Costing Transaction Errors
When attempting to run CST_INTERORG_TRANSFER module: Periodic Absorption Cost Processor, the following error occurs.

3. Requests > Submit New Request > Run PAC Processes
