On : R12.2.5 and later - Transactions Related
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item’s Description in Transaction lines window is not displayed correctly.
In the Receivables Transaction form, user select an Item and then adds/changes the Description manually.
This Description is shown on the form after it is saved.
After closing and reopening the form again Item’s Description disappears though this is saved to the database.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item Description should be displayed as saved in RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL table
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an invoice
2. Update item description in Transaction Workbench.
3. Re query invoice to see the changes.
4. Item description defaults from Inventory items table and not from RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL table
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the updated item descriptions
