Element "Com_ Separation Certificate_Wage Payment Status etc" Can Not be Used Correctly. (Doc ID 2278010.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After changing payroll group and then running the concurrent program "Japan, Separation Certificate" with overwrite element "Com_ Separation Certificate_Wage Payment Status etc", the element value has not been used in the output correctly.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run payroll in 2016 October(Payroll Periods: 2016/9/16 - 2016/10/15) with payroll A(the end date is 15)
2.Run payroll in 2016 November(Payroll Periods: 2016/10/16 - 2016/11/15) with payroll A
3.Change the payroll group from payroll A to Payroll B(the end date is the end of the month) as of effective date "2016/11/16"
4.Run payroll in 2016 December (Payroll Periods: 2016/11/16 - 2016/12/15) with payroll B
5.Run payroll in 2017 January (Payroll Periods: 2016/12/16 - 2017/1/15) with payroll B
6.Terminate the assignment
7.Enter the element "Com_ Separation Certificate_Wage Payment Status etc"
8.Run "Japan, Separation Certificate - Archive"
9.Run "Japan, Separation Certificate" and check the output(the output has not been used on "Com_ Separation Certificate_Wage Payment Status etc" correctly)
