Workflow Java Error Agent Listener service is getting terminated with below error:

This Automatic Service Component has been restarted the maximum of 200 times after stopping with error. Thus, it has been system deactivated -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.ProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException: oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException: Failed to retrieve Subscriptions for query = SELECT generate_function, subscription_guid, subscription_source_type, subscription_source_agent_guid source_agent_guid, subscription_phase, subscription_rule_data, subscription_out_agent_guid, subscription_to_agent_guid, subscription_priority, subscription_rule_function, wf_process_type, wf_process_name, subscription_parameters, subscription_on_error_type, owner FROM wf_active_subscriptions_v WHERE event_name = :1 ORDER BY subscription_phaseGot Exception = ORA-00904: "OWNER": invalid identifier

Looking at the view definition for "WF_ACTIVE_SUBSCRIPTIONS_V", "OWNER" column is missing. Previously, patch 23475836 was applied.
