Symptoms

Assigning an Instance Set to "All User" using the Concurrent Request Security Wizard.

Clicking the "Add" button, causes the following error:

Steps to Reproduce:
User Management > Roles & Role Inheritance > Security Wizard (button) > Concurrent Processing: Security Administration Setup (click Run) > "View Request" tab > Select "Current Responsibility" from the drop down LOV > click "Add".

Changes

 Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.2.3 is installed.
